    Heart rate variability (HRV) describes the adaptability of an organism’s heart rate. In a healthy state, the heart rate is constantly adapted to momentary requirements (e.g. pleasure, relaxation, stress, sport, etc.). If this ability is lost, this can indicate the presence of a health disorder. <\/p>\n<\/div>

    Pulmonary function test (spirometry)<\/h3>

    The aim of the lung function test is to record the functional state of the airways and lungs as accurately as possible. It is part of check-ups and sports fitness examinations. It is also used to monitor the progression of lung diseases (COPD, bronchial asthma). <\/p>\n<\/div>

    Ultrasound examination incl. Doppler diagnostics <\/h3>

    A modern ultrasound machine is available for check-ups and a specific, gentle examination of the thyroid, blood vessels, heart and abdominal organs. The vascular Doppler examination can be used to assess the condition of the veins and arteries based on blood flow volume and blood flow velocity. Determining the thickness of the vessel wall (intima-media thickness) can detect atherosclerosis at an early stage and provide information for prophylactic measures against heart attacks and strokes. <\/p>\n<\/div>

    Preventive medical check-up<\/h3>

    Preventive examinations and check-ups are important tools for the early detection of risk constellations and diseases. Primary, secondary and tertiary prevention measures can thus be implemented in a targeted manner. <\/p>\n<\/div>

    OP preparation with risk assessment<\/h3>

    Before a planned surgical procedure, an individual risk assessment and determination of suitability for surgery is necessary. In addition to a detailed discussion, depending on the risk constellation, a blood sample, an ECG and, if necessary, further diagnostics (e.g. lung X-ray, stress ECG) are carried out. If you are taking blood thinners or antidiabetics (e.g. metformin) in particular, you should be seen at an early stage. <\/p>\n<\/div>

    Impfungen und Reiseberatung<\/h3>

    F\u00fcr eine Impfberatung bringen Sie bitte Ihren Impfpass mit. In einer Reiseimpfberatung werden Impfvorschriften und Impfempfehlungen besprochen. \u2028Ausserdem erhalten Sie Informationen \u00fcber besondere Infektionsrisiken. Bitte bei Terminvereinbarung bereits das Reiseziel angeben. Eventuell nicht vorr\u00e4tige Impfstoffe k\u00f6nnen so ggf. besorgt werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    Sporttauglichkeitsuntersuchung<\/h3>

    Falls Sie nach l\u00e4ngerer Pause wieder beginnen m\u00f6chten Sport zu treiben oder Sie sich h\u00f6here sportliche Ziele gesteckt haben, sollten Sie zum Ausschluss etwaiger Risiken eine Sporttauglichkeitsuntersuchung durchf\u00fchren lassen. F\u00fcr Tauch- und Flugsport ist eine solche Untersuchung sogar gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    Laktatleistungsdiagnostik<\/h3>

    Auch im Breitensport wird zur Trainingssteuerung zunehmend die sogenannte Laktat-Ergometrie eingesetzt. Es handelt sich dabei um einen stufenf\u00f6rmig\u2028 ansteigenden Belastungstest. Zur Ermittlung der Blutlaktatwerte wird am\u2028 Ohrl\u00e4ppchen eine geringe Menge Blut entnommen und sofort labortechnisch\u2028analysiert. Ziel ist es, die individuelle aerob-anaerobe Schwelle zu bestimmen.\u2028Es k\u00f6nnen damit individuelle Empfehlungen zu Fettverbrennung und\u2028Trainingsoptimierung gegeben werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>
